The DigiJuulia website project is designed to minimise your workload.

The project is carefully scheduled and advancing step by step. The total duration of the project is approximately two (2) months.

Once you have accepted the proposal, we will start the project: you will receive an email with the exact project schedule and access instructions to our Client Site (instructions, guides, tools.) 

Your task is to answer the in-depth DigiJuulia Brand Survey™ and provide the information requested within approximately two weeks from the start (+ possible photo shoot, will be planned together).

Throughout the project, you will benefit from a wide range of personal mentoring (marketing online, selling your service, your entrepreneurship), as well as from my guidance and precision guides.

Along the way, I'll ask you everything needed. I'm here for you whenever you shall have any questions.

I will dive deep into your story and your business, with intensity and with an open heart, to bring out the true essence of your business and the cutting edge of your message.

By a pre-determined date, you will get your brand and website concept to look at and test. The website will be carefully polished to its final finish after getting your feedback.

I will also set up yoyr new email account and provide you with the login details, in case you bought one.

Your website will be launched as agreed.

I will supply you with the brand materials we have agreed.

I will support you for 2 months after the launch of the site, free of charge.

We will also implement an optional SoMe-Boost™ (mentoring, strategy, post templates, Canva course).

DigiJuulia project is a fruitful collaboration. A two-way, sunny street. A beginning of something new.

You will be spending as little of your time as possible on the project.

In case there are several decision-makers with you, it is important to choose the person among you who will manage the project with me and have the "final say" on everything.

As a client you will commit to

• allocate some time from your calendar for the project according to mutually agreed milestones - total project time about 60 days - you will be working in about 10 days (approximate averages)

• answer the DigiJuulia Brand Survey™ boldly, with an open heart

• provide the raw texts and information according to the agreed timetable

• obtain brand photo shooting according to a jointly agreed plan (if photos not already available, see the next question)

• read the instructions for your website project

• give feedback on the website

• maintain open, smooth and comfortable cooperation and communication on your part

The photography is the main building block of your brand and your website, alongside text. Their quality should be, ideally, stunning.

Mobile phone pictures are a definite no-no on the website, as are pictures taken by an amateur photographer without professional photo editing - with a few exceptions.

I will do my best to help you find a photographer who fits your budget, has the vision, experience and skill to bring you and your business to life, and can work within the agreed schedule.

In case you already have high-quality, professionally taken and processed, and relatively fresh brand images that match the desired mood and colour scheme of your brand, we will of course use them!

Squarespace websites do not require any technical updates or maintenance.

The Squarespace annual fee (from 163 €, VAT 0) includes full technical maintenance 24/7/365.

You will be able to edit the content of your website easily with my tutorials.

If you wish, I can also give you a 1-hour personal mentoring on editing your website.

I will support you free of charge for 2 months from the launch date.

If you want to further develop your website together at some point in the future, you can hire me at any time.

Paid social advertising is a broad area of expertise in its own, and there are a large number of those experts. Neither it nor the actual production of social media content is part of DigiJuulia's service.

In the future, however, you will be free to use the brand copy and service descriptions created for your website also in social media and other marketing, such as flyers (which you can also have designed and delivered). Similarly, all your marketing will also make use of your stunning brand images, which you will get during the project.

No. Researching and developing a site created by someone else is ultimately more work than creating a new site from scratch with high quality.
